I have a Question about Scyther and Scizor?

Scyther learn Airslash on level 53 and Scizor learn too on level 53 Iron head .
My Question is ,can i train Sycther on level 53 learn than Airslash, evolve him on level 53 to Scizor and learn him too Iron head .
Is it possible that I can get Airslash and iron head?

Yes, but you would have to do it through the PlayerDex. Once Scyther learns AirLash, evolve him then you have to go into the PlayerDex and change his moves.
