How many time we can change pokemon in PvP battle

In PvP battle, some player continuos change pokémon when their pokémon is weaker than my pokémon, so how many time we can change pokemon until we can't?
If there is no time and we keep continue change pokemon, how to end the battle?

If they are doing it endlessly it is just a version of forcing the battle to hang, so your only choices are to wait them out or disconnect and find more other challengers who won't do this to you.

As for now we (battlers) do not battle with switches cause we are used to it. So there are non-switched pvp battles. But i think that it is necessery to start battle with switches. That would not allow to overboost pokes. But as for now, search for competitors by simply writing on Battle channel "b99 (or any other) no switches", and you'll find yourself a competitor
