I have obtained Poindexter's note by finding the 3 Icy Essence disks, yet am still not being allowed by the NPC in front of the Crystal Caves to enter.

Hi Guys,

I seem to be stuck on the snowball quest, I have 9, but when I try scraping trees/boulders for snow, nothing, I logged off for a few days to see if it would fix itself, and nothing! is there anyway to reset the quest and start again?

The snowball most people miss is the one right next to Payne just below the Christmas tree.

Yeah that one is tricky to get cos whenever I try to scrape she pushes me away to speak to me hah! -.-
