Now that i have the eight bagdes in Johto i reach Kanto and i see everybody with an inicial poke.I wanna help to got one

You only can receive the starter from Kanto if you start in Kanto or if you trade/buy one.  You don't receive one for just reaching the region.

Would be great if we could, huh. But Risefromruins is right. If you want a Kanto starter, make a new account or buy one. However, it is forbidden to trade starters to your main account if you make a new one.
