i caught a S magnemite a few minutes before the server goes down.I posted in trade chanel his ivs in order to sell him.
The server frozed and there is no magnemite in my playerdex site.i lost him???

-Yep, it was probably caught in a rollback and you will have no magnemite once game goes online if that is a case. Due to rollback there is no data for that Pokemon, to be more simple it newer existed. Good luck.

Thats why when you catch something really rare, you should log out immediately as that would save it right there.
