Hi everybody!

I have some questions and i would like some answers if possible.

I bought an old rod but i can't fish anything.

It say i didn't have experience, how do i get experience ===?

I want to fight against the karate poke in cyancity what are the best pokes to do it?

I remembered ghost type but i never saw one in the wild.

Any tip ??

Thanks for the help <img src="http://www.pokemon-world-online.net/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ChikoritaSmile.png" class="bbc_emoticon" alt=":)" />

One more thing vulpix evolves or needs a fire stone ?

You have to use the Old Rod near a water in order to fish, and first you can only fight against Magikarps.Fight them, and you get experience.

I have no idea about the karate pokes you mentioned, hence I haven't reached that city yet.

As for the ghost pokemon,I think the Pokemon Tower in Lavender Town has some.

You have to catch magikarps at first to get exp so as to to be able to get better pokemons

If however you are unable to catch even magikarps then try fishing in pallet town, that will help!

Best place to fish in low levels(of fishing) is in the route above cerulean city(in jhoto I have no idea)

Karate pokemon in Cianwood City?

If so then use a psychic type(alakazam, hypno, etc) for super effective damage.

You can also use ghost pokemons.

Ghost pokemons are found in Lavender Tower in Kanto and Routes below Ecruteak City in Jhoto.

I already started finding gastly in rout 36 but he is Horrible rare.

I started level up with dronwzee i will use him when i evolve him to hipno.

I started in jhoto and to find those ghost pokes is hard.

About fishing i will try again in a place close to the union cave by the sea.

Well gastlies are HR in jhoto...good luck finding one!

However you can also take the easier path by buying a gastly in the mart....that is if you have enough money and rep points!

I don't really know much about fishing in jhoto...sorry there.

Use the Fishing Rod near water. You'll only get Magikarp at first (as said). When your levels go up, you can catch more Pokemon.

Use Psychic or Flying Pokemon. Ghost will work because Fighting moves don't hurt them. Fighting is super effective against Steel, Dark, Rock and Normal.

Like the real games, you need a Fire Stone to evolve Vulpix. Personally, I'd say Growlithe is better.

Vulpix needs a fire stone to evolve into Ninetales.

However if you evolve it to early then, Ninetales may not get its best moves.

Best level recommended for evolving a Vulpix is Level 54.

However its your call!! <img src="http://www.pokemon-world-online.net/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/PikachuExcited.png" class="bbc_emoticon" alt=":D" />
