Help I Dont Have Pokemon

I had Charmander lv 14 and Matepod lv 4 and i wanted to relase the matepod and by mistike i relase my Charmander and my Metepod

and now i dont have any pokemon

You should be able to choose another pokemon if your rep is low enough, go back to oaks lab and choose Charmander again.

i dont have power to level him up to 14 you think there something else i can do?

you could always log into playerdex and find the pokemons id number under the "My released pokemon" catagory. Post the number that you see under the pokemons name in the tracker and wait for someone to help you.
