Hey guys!
First of all id like to apologize if this is the wrong place for this post. i could not find the appeal forum anywere. I have just been banned due in activity. I was fully aware of this rule and always logged out fo the game if i knew i was to be afk. However i have just been banned for beign afk but my computer froze for a few minutes. Once i was able to get it to work again as i didnt want to switch it off i saw that i was banned. Is there any way to reverse the ban. I can completly understand that there are not enough spaces on the server for people to be afk and i didnt intend to stay logged on whilst afk at all as i said my computer was acting up.
Also i would like to make a suggestion if its not too bold. Rather than banning players for afk would it be better to just kick them of the server? Just a suggestion. Anyway thanks alot for reading this and i really hope you can help me with my problem!
