Few membership questions

Dear Sir,

One Question:

Your chances of finding the rarer, different-colored Shiny Pokemon increase by 300%!

Do this line in Playerdex means that by membership our rate of finding HRs increases by 300%, i.e. if it is 1/1000 now and after membership it will be 1/3( sorry if my calculations are wrong.)

2nd Question: Do i need to register on paypal to donate?

membership do not effect horribly rare chance of encounter, it only increase the shiny chance , i think it is (1/8000)without membership and(1/2000) with membership ,having said that u also get twice the xp and money from battles.
currently membership is only available via paypal, so if your from a country who doesn t have paypal you can t donate!

It's 1/8192 without and 1/2048 with.
