Error loading buy character - Error discount codes?

I wanted to make my character more special and beautiful, so I bought it with a discount code but now it seems to be faulty. Can't load the characters I bought. What should I do now when even the game support is not returning me?

There's no way to buy cosmetics for your character on PWO (minus some events-only hats and masks)
