Hello! That's my first post, so i hope is in the right section. I want to know how can i learn eevee move hidden power from shelmet?
What is the chain from shelmet to eevee?

Eevee is not related to Shelmet at all but it can learn hidden power through TM hidden power.

It was available during past events but you can buy it from mart on playerdex in item section too. It usually costs around 500k each.
