Dratini skin, Historian Chester

I just wanted ask those who have finished the new dragons den quest how long it took you to find the dratini skin in the pond next to historian Chester south of Blackthorn city. I've been there for tens of hours now without luck. Is it supposed to be that grindy? I'm beginning to think that there's something wrong and that the skin really doesn't drop at all atm (since I saw in some other post that the quest should take 2 hours). In case the intention is for people to stand at the same spot for a hundred hours or more, spam clicking the fishing rod I must say that I think the new quest is a failure.

Finding the dratini skin is supposed to still be very hard but 'not as hard as finding dratini was' in the water lab. So yes unfortunately the answer is that it is a hard grind for most. So just keep at it, you aren't alone out there lots of people are fishing for that elusive prize.
