Decision about Shellder/Cloyster's Moves

As I learned in PWO's wiki, Shellder can learn Ice Beam at level 50, but Cloyster can also learn Spike Cannon at level 50. My question is that could shellder/cloyster learn both? Thanks.

As far as I'm aware, PWO doesn't handle teaching multiple moves at once very well if the Pokémon already knows four; and will usually fail to notice one of them. So you may only learn one in-game. But you can always teach it the other one via the Playerdex, though this does cost some Pokémoney.
