crashes :/

hey guys, i haven't played the game in over 3 years, i remember quitting around the time the ghost pokemons came out , and my account got deleted, so i started over,
few questions if i may ,
one, why does it crash so often ? i remember back then there was hardly a crash once a week, it was so smooth ,
two, is it still allowed to trade in-game money for tokens, if so, whats the rate like how much money is 1 token, (i cant use paypal so im stuck)
three, everytime the game crashes i get rollbacked around 20-30 minutes, and honestly it sucks, what if i got a shiny very rare or something (more for you guys im still new)
is there anything that can be done about it ?

It's a lot better than it used to be. The crashing is due to the coding.
It is. I'm not sure how much price are. 1mil/2mil for 1 token maybe? Do remember to take screenshots of the trade agreement and trade though, as you may be scammed.
20-20 minutes? Really? however, if you do happen to find a Pokemon and lose it in rollback, then I'm afraid nothing can be done. If you do find a Pokemon, log out and back in. This forces your game to save.
