Connection Refused

Sometimes, when i try to logion, my PWO client says, that there is already a user with same name in gameoooo and eoveno some times it says connection refused already logged..

The sever sometimes gets severe lag spikes and logs a user as online when in fact they aren't it's even happened to me on occasion.

The only real solution in this case is to wait a few mins then try again.
