Connectio refused

Hello,i have this problem,when i log in the game,the game load,but it appear this error message
Connection refused,you are already logged in on another server!
And my character is a "boy" and every thing around me is black.
Pls can i fix this? Help me! thanks

What you had was something we call the "User in System" error. It's a glitch that occurs when some player data gets stuck; causing the server to believe a player is still in the game after they log out or get disconnected. The game will refuse to let you in again as the same player cannot be logged in twice. Sometimes this fixes itself after a while; other times, a Staff member needs to be called to "unstick" the account. In the worst cases, a full server restart is sometimes needed to fix the problem - but with recent updates this is now a much rarer occurrence than in the past.

Either way, it's good to see it's been fixed. I hope you continue to enjoy playing PWO

this just happened to me too... but it worked after a waiting period before i relogged
