With the necessary password reset I requested a new password. Then I changed it via Playerdex because I like to change these pre-generated passwords to something more complex. So I changed the password, I have no issue to login to Playerdex or the forum, but I can't login int the game, it always says the password is wrong. Both username and password is good, I'm sure, my only guess is that I chosen characters for my password which are not part of PWO's character layout. It is true that I used characters which are not part of a standard English QWERTY-keyboard layout...
What should I do now? Am I locked out from the game for a day because I can't reset my password for 24 more hours? But this is my only day before my exams when I could play... :'(
Could some staff member help me out and change my password for me before the 24 hours pass?
