Yes it probably will happen, i think when the game is fully recovered they will start handing them out to the donators that had a membership to make up for the downtime. As for your surfboard problem i have the same bug, just dont sell or trade them or you will get banned.

Aaron that is something you will have to work out with the staff. Ask them what email you used and they will send an email to that account. Just try and talk with them.
