Hi, I just recently got internet back. And I missed the 10/3 details. Didn't even have an email about it. Tried resetting my password but it keeps saying my username is incorrect. Anyway u guys can help me? Ty in advance

Are you sure it's asking for the user NAME - or is the form in fact asking for the user ID? The two are not the same! Your User ID is similar to the Trainer ID in official Pokémon games - it's a number that relates to you specifically. You should find this number mentioned in brackets next to your name in the email you received when you requested a password reset
