Can't log in to server?

Is the server offline right now? I cant log in but when i check the server status it says 22% online.

Did you read the Forum rules?

"Forum rules
Any topics asking about the server status will be locked. If the server is down, check if there is any information available on our planned downtime topic or Twitter. Otherwise the server is awaiting a restart from a member of the Administration or Developer team."

The server is frozen and has been at 22% since that happened. Try to exercise a bit of patience before posting against the rules:
