Can't connect to the server

PLEASE HELP ME...

WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT INTO THE SERVER...
THE CLIENT GOES LIKE THIS...

"CONNECTING TO THE SERVER..... AUNTHENTICATING....."

CAN'T PLAY THE GAME... IT ALWAYS STOP AT "AUTHENTICATING"

I ALREADY RE-INSTALLED THE GAME BUT THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURED

HELP ME PLEASE

Second off, if you read the rules literally right above this page: you will see this.

Any topics asking about the server status will be locked. If the server is down, check if there is any information available on our planned downtime topic or Twitter. Otherwise the server is awaiting a restart from a member of the Administration or Developer team.

Third off, Where the caps necessary at all?
