Cannot move or chat

I can see everyone move and chat but I can't do either. I try to pm people and I can't chat in that window either. What is wrong with my person?

Is your map loaded?

Do you have any USB devices connected to your computer? If so remove them and see if that fixes the problem.

I'm no techie so I don't know how some usb devices interfere with the client, but it does happen.
