PWO is open to all, from all parts of the globe. We don't discriminate~
That being said, there can be all sorts of technical reasons why your computer may not be able to connect to our server. It could be because of a firewall, internet security, or anti-malware product on your PC blocking PWO's access to the internet. Another possibility is your router may be creating an issue. Check it doesn't have a built-in hardware firewall, which might be interfering — for this, you may have to refer to your router's manual. If Internet Explorer is on your PC, see if you can access the PWO website through it — if not, you may need to clear the cache or add PWO to IE's Trusted Sites. There's the possibility that your Internet Service Provider itself could be restricting your internet access, which is not something we can assist with. If possible, try a different connection or Wi-Fi access point and see if it works better. A VPN may also help, if that is an option for you.
In all honesty, there are all manners of reasons, many out of our control, which could prevent a successful connection to PWO; and because of this, diagnosing the problem and finding a solution can be difficult. However, I do hope I have given you a few things to try.
