Far as I know, you are free to interact with any player soon as you are not breaking the rules. In this case that would be trading PWO currency for another PWO goods. In this case you would be paying tokens with a PWO currency.

You need to post proof of this scam on the Token Issues forum. Make sure you provide all the proof you have that you were scammed or nothing can be done.
