Butterfree & Sleep Powder

Hello,

My Butterfree

just passed his 12th level, and he wanted to learn "Sleep Powder". I answered yes, because it's a realy good move... But he learned "Stun Spore" instead.

Reading this forum, i understand that i have to use the "Edit Poke Moves" :

You have $3,464 pokemoney. You need $6,000 pokemoney.

Assuming that it is a bug, is their a chance that a poor (and casual) player can get a gift (the money needed) to use this edit function ?
