Bug type vs grass type?

I may be a bit rusty but shouldn't bug type moves be super effective against grass type pokemon? Because right now, they're not.

Yes they are. Don't forget that secondary types influence the effectiveness of the attacks too.

Heh. I guess I've led a life of lies, I always thought Bulbasaur was grass only.
