Black screen bug

So, I've been playing PWO for like a day, and twice I've gotten this black screen bug where my client says 'loading *insert place name*' then the screen would turn black, and a member of staff would have to fix it. I've also noticed that a few others have had this as well, is there a reason/fix for it?

The game is still in beta there will be a lot of bugs still, and yes people all ready know about it, you may all so submit these in the bug catch in the playerdex located HERE . If you keep getting them just use the /ref command or just walk and let it load for you. If it Don't work then exit the game for a few minutes and re-enter the game.
