Authentication Issue

Hi,

I've been having a problem logging into the game where the game client will continuously stay authenticating. I've kept the client open for about 1-2hrs, reinstalled, re-downloaded the installer, opened both the installer and client as administrator, rebooted my computer and made a new account and attempted again, none of these worked. Has anybody had this problem and/or knows what's wrong?

Please, make sure that you have downloaded the client from our website only. If you were downloading it from our website, then please follow these steps and try again:

Set your "Language for Non-Unicode applications" to English US, and the "Formats" to "English US".

Language for Non-Unicode applications can be found under the administrative tab of "Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region\Region and language"

Formats are found under the Formats tab in the previous window.
