Authenticating

I tried to login my PWO account after ages ! And now i m unable to login it is showing “Authenticating” from hours !! Need Help Please. I even logged in at playerdex to check if my information is correct and it was totally fine! But here ingame i m unable to log in ! Please help PWO Staff

According to what he's told me on Discord, yes. Setting the locale to "English (United States)" hasn't resolved matters; nor has trying a different connection. I have also suggested he checks if a Firewall or Anti-Malware product could be blocking PWO's connection, but he claims to have checked this too. I'm at a loss for anything else to suggest.
