Adding Daycare

Well Well Well,As i see Many Players want to Evolve their pokemon to 99 but sometimes crash or roll back occrus which cause their poke unevolved,My idea is that What about adding a npc name Daycarer which is in south of Goldenrod City in the house,All You have to do this to make your pokemon evolve at final stage and give it to him for daycaring,As in other handlehand games there's always a npc to make pokemon daycare but it will charge PokeDollars so what u Guys Think?​

Are you saying that when we evolve a pokemon to final stage at lets say 59, you would give him the pokemon to daycare until it's level 99?
