Hello PWO Staff
is been awhile since last time i play PWO, because im too busy finishing my University and do a job, i work in outside the country
and now when i want to play again i don't know why, but i can't log in to my ID, i already used Recovery ID, and it's been sent to my email. But i don't know what i should do next. I will show you the screen capture in my email, hopefully it will become a proof.
The ID is this

I already Recover my own ID and Password

NOW I'VE RETURN BE READY ALL
HOHOHOHO

Anyway staff, there is something i like to ask, (Because Its been awhile since last time i play it, so i forgot)
1. I can't Log into The Game, The infromation bellow only stuck in Authenticating, can you tell me why that happen? and how should i do?
2. I Forgot the command how to see my pokemon IV, etc, could you help by remind me? (all command really help me)
