About Banns #1:Someone messing with your account

Ok,so I have Friday Forums at school(where we discus contorversial issues),there was this one where at this guys party,a bike was trashed.Was he responsible for it?
After debating,the teacher said,yes,it was his problem.
This is the same thing for you getting banned for what your brother,sister,ect.
Basicaly,your talking an oath on your account.You have to promise to follow the rules. Any violation of the rules results in you loosing your account(permanantly or temporarily) and/or IP Bann.
Think of this in the mods point of veiw,they don't know whether your lying or not.So they bann you in case your lying.

i fail to see what this has to do with " someone messing with your accounts" or bans for that matter?

Person's party- the host is responsible for actions during the party

Person's account- the player is responsible for actions on their account
