Right, so i'm returning to the game after a few months break and a lot has changed (shinies sucks now!), and of course i have some questions :s

1) how i make earthquake obtainable via the department store?
2) how do i teach jolteon charm?
3) is there any way to obtain event vouchers besides the weekend events? (that dont happen as far as i can see :|)

1.To Get EQ,You have to complete a Quest,You can start the quest by Fuchsia City,After Completing the quest u can Buy TM EQ From a Npc named as Earl near Dept Store in Celadon city,Not sure whether that nocturnal name is Earl or not.
Price of EQ-Per 10K

2.You can get Charm by Egg Move,For Egg Move tutor go to south of both Cerulean and Goldenrod,There is a Daycare House,Talk to the Egg Move tutor and make it learn charm,Use Snubull to make it learn.
