Wondering if there is a way we can set preset teams in our pc so changing to different teams between battles can be faster. like select a team then save it to a preset number. when you open the pc you click the number and it automatically selects the team from your pc into your battle team.

I have been away from the game for a while and my account is gone? I want to know if there is a way to recover it? I had alot of great pokemon on that account and I do not want to start over again. please help
