What is wrong with Stealth Rock? I see the power of focus punch is 50 instead of 150, so I can see that move is broken. I have heard of your quest to get struggle bug onto shuckle. Why indeed are these things not fixed/ added? XD

If only the client was capable of producing random events.

Can always take rewards away from battle tower to give to hoenn and sevii , etc at a later date.

Perhaps the name could be foraging? Chance of finding berries as well?

Perhaps some kind of minigame you can grind for event tokens with each event? Allows people to farm some tokens during events. That keeps them "event vouchers". I also suggest making minimum 8 IVs for event voucher pokemon.
