Understanding The Server

So far what i have understood is that, ive registered finally after many months of waiting but to fully understand the game is that theres close to 900,000 users registered an only 400 can play at a time now i understand servers cost alot but until there are either more servers or a larger server not many people will ever get the chance to play, Questions, comments, concerns.

I think they should make que waiting like in World of warcraft and other games. Then all could get in game!

Well you see everything adds up. Like In order to increase the que of people in line waiting to retrieve a pass, certain things had to removed. Like Registration. Since its now down, it increased the cap and more people are able to get their pass back. And since there is a lot of people who stopped playing PWO over time, thats why the server accepts 400 players. It used to be 700 not too long ago, and it's always been a different number of people from whatever you can gather from other players.​

From what I was told by staff, the problem is in the code, not in the server. If they get a second server, the game's data would not save correctly. The current server should be able to handle well over a thousand players, but the code can not.

Also....there may be 900,000 registered names, but there is no where near that many players. This game has been around for about 4 years now if I'm not mistaken, people quit...make sub accounts...abandon accounts for new ones...etc.

2,000 - 5,000 regular players maybe?
