I think what most of the staff should do now that you've stepped down is pull themselves up and stay focused.

When a Leader steps down it is usually followed by chaos and anger.

Chaos since the current staff is left with a New leader which is not always as trusted

Anger since a new leader comes with a new method of work.



I hope as a Player of this game that the new one who'll step up will manage to take the spot and even do greater things for this Project.

I wish all the PWO staff good luck ! I will be sure to donate to the server as soon as I can !

I hope you guys don't fall apart and that this project will not lose its momentum !
