Referee In The PVP Battles

Yo Everyone,i was wondering that there should be referee in the pvp battles and what about playing from other side like referee will say that from red side this player and from green side.i also think about PVP Voting system,i was saying that if a player battling to other player like Player 1 vs Player 2,so it would be show on chat box that these two players are battling whom u want to vote,if u vote to player 1 and he want maybe he will get some rep.any idea guys??
