Hello there.
We currently got a new Q&A session planned which will give you a chance to ask questions and for them to be open to any staff members. As per the normal process, anyone who submits a question will remain anonymous. If you intend your question to be aimed at a specific staff member or group - then please specify that within the question itself.
To ensure you get the answer you're looking for, ensure that the question is as clear as possible. There may be often the case where we merge or ignore questions as they have already been answered or we're unable to answer them.
You can submit your questions either by email or the forums.
All questions must be sent by the 14th of September.
