i try to reset my password in playerdex but a error message comein

Yes this is true.

I had two accounts in PWO before the downtime. One was in which i had originally started(xXshadowclawzXx) and a new one(PokeMaster90) because i had somewhat screwed up in the old account.

Now i had registered to both the accounts with a valid email id and they are still active. I have tried resetting my password like 20 times ON 20 DIFFERENT DAYS but still it showed the same message.



Admins plz help(currently i am playing with the username of : ShadowVerdict)

from what i understand from reading around the forums, there has indeed been a problem with password resetting. admins are working on fixing it though, but they've got a very large number of bugs to handle so it's still unknown when this will be done. so until then there's sadly no alternative other than keeping an eye on the forums to see if any news pop up. <img src="http://www.pokemon-world-online.net/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" class="bbc_emoticon" alt="" />
