My old account, mamamia100 isn't active and for some reason i can't get onto it, can someone please help me reset my password?....please.....ive been a veteran for 3 years, come on <img src="http://www.pokemon-world-online.net/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ChikoritaSmile.png" class="bbc_emoticon" alt="" />, help a brotha out.

you can reset your password by yourself in the playerdex, however, it is not guaranteed that you will receive the email as there is a maximum amount of emails the server can sent daily

However, if you have been inactive for over 1 year, your account might be deleted

firstly, i have been active consistently till the breakdown of PWO, idk how long ago that was, but it wasn't a year, and secondly, i have been trying the playerdex reset for over 2 months now

so..yea...

If you know the correct email, then you should be able to reset your password via playerdex.

well, i had been expiramenting to see if i could find my username and password, and under all the info, i couldn't find any of it, yet, thats when i came upon the bug.
