Is There Any Way You Can Re-Learn Moves?

Hi, my lapras reached level 31 in battle but i lost and it didnt ask me if i wanted to learn ice beam, which i was hoping to use for the 8th johto gym. Is there any possible way i can get this move back? if not then i've wasted lots of time <img src="http://www.pokemon-world-online.net/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/TeddySad.png" class="bbc_emoticon" alt="" />

Hi,

U can edit the pokemoves in the PlayerDex.

Agreed with xPlayOr. If you go to your playerdex, click my pokemon, then click on your lapras and click Edit Moves.

But you will have to pay some pokemoney for it, for example: if ur lapras is lv 31 u'll pay 15500.
