I'm not a new member I made the purchase in July before the server goes down as posted in the tracker links so if you can not do anything to help keep your opinion to yourself!

While I can not do anything to help, please do calm down and be patient. The staff is super-bogged down by email issues.



Also some people are attempting to help you, and have not stated their opinion. Just keep an open mind =P A staff member has seen this, and with any luck it'll get sorted. As for now, know that the entire game/server are basically in more final stages of being put back together again and that there isn't much manpower to handle everything.
