The server is busy. Wait a few hours and try again.
Someone in the IRC chat said they had the same problem. They logged out and logged back in which fixed it. If that does not work though, my best suggestion is to log out and wait a few hours for the server to catch up.

kinda same thing here, just got stucked somewhere, can see other players moving, can see chat, but can't do anything
