How Do I Go About Being A Developer?

I am very good with programming C++ and I wish to Be part of the pokemon team (voluntary obviously) I have won awards for my programming in competitions and have made over 20 scripts with an average of 3200 lines each. I think I will be a massive help to PWO, and I think PWO would appreciate my talents.
