I have a Weedle and a Caterpie to who I'd like to teach Bug Bite at lvl 15
The problem is, buterfree gets some of his movements at lvl 10 and 12, which I'd miss if I did that
My question is, is there in the game the NPC who teaches pokemon skills they aalready have enough lvl to learn?(I forgot the name of that npc in the actual game)
Another problem is that when I held my pokes, both learned Harden, even though they did not evolve. I don't know if this is a bug or not so I'm just asking before this "bug" doesn't happen again with my pokes and I regret holding their evolution. Thanks
