Hello everybody, when I log on the server''ca''saphhiree it connects normally and then arrived on the map, everything is black and I can not move, it makes me yesterday what to do?

réeinstaller I have many times, I'm all the time again the same thing, it worked only once. I am desperate I install the game just yesterday
