My friend (nickname: elus) finished all 8 gyms in Kanto, but the guard insists that he doesn't have all the 8 badges. My old account as well canno't change from Johto to Kanto, because the guard says I don't have the 8 badges from Johto (this account have all 16 badges).

After lost a battle against a Random Player, my REP hasn't incrised. I know REP is barely used in the game if not completely useless, but is it "fixable"? I really would like to count my Reputation through my journey in the game.
