You should go to the Dragons Den Cave and there farm $$. Eventually you can go to Cerulean Cave where there are high lvl pokemons too which will give you lot of money :) if you want to get them faster then buy MS so you will collect 2x faster your $$. Remember that you can aslo find shiny poke...
