The Devian essence drops from Huntail on the Devian map. It appears to be tier 5 , very rare but it dropped devian essence for sure you just need to fish it on the ocean. good luck [Edit] Never mind now. i thought you guys didn't edited that one.

i'vegot the same problem and tried all those fixes , no one worked for me.
